We’ll make a full backup copy of your server each week, so you never need to be worried about losing critical info. And we can retrieve a backup copy very fast. All the backups are held on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything goes wrong with your data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you an almost infinite number of possibilities, you will sometimes have to install additional software packages. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It is an essential part of our Managed Services offer, which permits you to ask any of our trained server administrators to install any kind of software and to rectify any trouble that you are experiencing with your server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
